The Baby Grocery Store is proud to announce our partnership with Levine Children’s Hospital and our commitment to build Team Next Generation for their 2nd annual Stroller Roller and the 18th annual HopeBuilders 5K Run/Walk! We invite you to join our team and help us raise $500 to build hope for Charlotte’s sick and injured children. All proceeds from the event benefit the areas of greatest need at Levine Children’s Hospital. Donations for the event are tax deductible.
Registration to join The Baby Grocery Store’s Team Next Generation is open until the day before the event. Though you must register by October 5 if you would like to receive an official The Baby Grocery Store t-shirt with our team name. Adults are $30 to participate and walking children are $15. Children in strollers, joggers, or wagons do not have to pay the $15 fee, unless you would like a t-shirt for them. Anyone walking or running the event needs to register. You all also will receive an official Stroller Roller t-shirt and race bib, and you will have access to “Strollerville” featuring special vendor booths/giveaways.
We will meet at 7:30 a.m. October 19 at Carolina’s Medical Center to stroll in the 3.1 mile event. Prizes will be awarded to the best-decorated stroller/wagon, so start thinking of ideas! This is a great event for the whole family as there will be inflatables, face paining, balloon animals, appearances by local mascots and more.
